Returns & Exchanges
All items are made to order through our fulfillment partner so unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at (SPdreamgoods@yahoo.com) with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays once an order has been processed and shipped.
